Official Rules
Contest starts on 7/5/24 at 8:00AM EST and ends 7/31/24 at 11:59 PM EST. Multiple entries allowed. Limit 1 picture per entry. Full rules, eligibility restrictions, odds of winning, prize description and limitations are below. Sponsored by Community Cats of Palm Coast, Inc. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility
The CCOPC Calendar Photo Contest is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Community Cats of Palm Cost, Inc., as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members (those who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year whether or not related) of each such employee are not eligible to win. Board Members of the organization are also exempt from entering.
2.. Agreement to Official Rules
Participation and entrance in the contest constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement and acceptance to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a Prize (as defined herein) is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
4. Contest Period
The Contest period begins July 5, 2024 at 8am EST. and ends on July 31st, 2024 at 11:59 pm EST.
5. How to Enter
Complete the entry form in its entirety
Upload an image of your pet
Qualifying entries (each an “Entry” and collectively referred to herein as “Entries”):
Image must be of an animal owned by the person entering the Contest
Image must be clear and complete (grainy, out of focus, zoomed-in, or photos of the animal not fully in the picture are not qualifying Entries)
6. Voting
There will be a total of 5 (five) judges, picked by the Executive Director, Jessica Myers and Assistant Director, , Rae Andreano. They will assign an entry number to each entry received. They shall not divulge the identity of the entrants to the judges at any time for the entire duration of the contest.
Photograph Guidelines:
(a) Photos cannot contain any content providing personally identifiable information about yourself or any third parties, such as last name, address, phone number or any contact information;
(b) Photos cannot contain content portraying or referring to people or characters from movies/shows, video games, etc.;
(c) Photos cannot contain any content in violation of third-party rights including, but not limited to: copyrights, trademark, right of publicity or any other proprietary rights;
(d) Photos cannot contain any content (i) that is libelous, defamatory, disparaging or tortious; (ii) that is pornographic, adult-oriented or sexually-explicit; (iii) portraying or referring to lotteries or gambling; (iv) portraying or including explicit or offensive language; (v) portraying or advocating discrimination; and (vi) portraying or advocating tobacco, alcohol or drugs;
(e) Photos cannot contain content that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age or any basis protected by federal, state, or local law, ordinance, or regulation; and
(f) Photos cannot contain content that (i) denigrates, disparages or reflects negatively on the Sponsor(s), their products or employees, or on any other person, company, product or service, and (ii) is in violation of any law or regulation.
If a photo does not comply with the requirements listed above or includes any of the prohibited elements listed above, the photo will be disqualified, along with the entrant who submitted it. The above list is not intended to be exhaustive; Sponsor may disqualify any photo if it contains content that Sponsor deems, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive or obscene in any way or to not be in compliance with these Official Rules.
By submitting a photo, you hereby represent and warrant that: (a) your photo is original and owned by you; (b) you have not included any restricted content in the photo and have not violated any of the requirements listed herein, and; (c) you consent to the submission and the use of the photo.
6. Winner Selection
There will be a total of 12 (twelve) photos selected to correspond with each month of the calendar. If any winner is unwilling/unable to comply with the Official Rules, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate may be selected. Sponsor is not obligated to notify you if your Entry is disqualified. The odds of winning may depend on the total number of eligible Entries received.
7. Notification of Winner(s)
The winner(s) will be chosen on or before August 15, 2024 at 12pm EST. We will contact the winner(s) on or about seven (7) days following August 15, 2024, via email and display the winners on the contest page on our official website communitycatspc.org.
