Founded as a 501 (c) 3 organization in 2013 with the goal of reducing the homeless cat population in Flagler County, CCOPC has since grown to become the largest foster-based cat rescue serving our county, providing a chance for cats and kittens to live their lives as beloved pets and humanely lowering the number of local stray and feral cats through spay/neuter and TNR efforts.
